Bishop-Elect Damon Mack is a native of Mount Vernon, New York, and the visionary founder of The L.I.V.E. Church. Recently elevated to Bishop-Elect, he is training to oversee the regional jurisdiction of the Life Center Fellowship of Interdependent Churches covering New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts—a historic appointment that marks a significant expansion of his leadership and influence across the Northeast.
A third-generation preacher, Bishop-Elect Mack shares in the preaching legacy of his paternal grandfather, Reverend Ray S. Blake Sr., of the White Plains Deliverance Center. He is a distinguished servant, preacher, and teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, recognized for his faithfulness to the Kingdom and his vast contributions to the body of Christ.
An ordained Elder in The First Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern NY COGIC under Bishop James H. Gaylord, Bishop-Elect Mack served for more than twenty-nine years in the ecclesiastical leadership and music ministry of Allen Memorial Church of God in Christ alongside his father and pastor, Reverend Carlton C. Spruill Sr.
Beyond pastoral ministry, Bishop-Elect Mack is a world-traveled, accomplished musician, artist, and songwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Music from Nyack Christian College with a concentration in Music Education and has worked and performed with renowned artists including Bishop Hezekiah Walker, Bishop Eric McDaniel, Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole, Richard Smallwood, and Trey Songz. He was privileged to work with Anna Deavere Smith on her documentary "Notes From the Field," currently on HBO.
Bishop-Elect Mack currently serves on the music staff of the renowned Abyssinian Baptist Church in Harlem under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Calvin O. Butts III and is a member of The Fresh Winds Ministerial Alliance under Bishop Michel White-Haynes. He previously served as East Coast regional coordinator for Dr. Dorinda Clark-Cole's Singers and Musicians Conference.
Above all, Bishop-Elect Mack is most grateful for his wife, Tanya, and his children, who partner with him in building the Kingdom of God.
